You will LOVE the urban meets rural feel. It's nice to look out the back garden and see no development and rolling prairies (on clear days the Rocky Mountains too!). Yet be in an urban area that has walking distance to trendy shops and restaurants, a HUGE sports complex and splash park, watch baseball games on your front porch, walk to see the ducks and Canadian geese on the pond, kids play safely in the private park, relax on the hammock and read, or lite a fire and relax on the patio. It really is breathtaking!

Location! Location! Location! We live in such a safe community with nature at our fingertips. Rural meets Urban it's the best of both worlds. This house backs on to a prairie field and out the front door is a huge athletic complex and city of Airdrie. Only a 15 minute drive to airport and 20 minutes to downtown Calgary. A quick 45 minute drive to the Rocky Mountains! Here we have Banff Hot Springs, Canmore and an outdoor paradise. Very close to shops and a number of trendy restaurants.
